阿曼签证
阿曼实行返签的签证制度，办理返签需要签证申请人在阿曼有担保人。外国公民来阿商务考察、访问或旅游，一般由阿曼的邀请公司、机构或旅行社担任担保人，协助外国公民申请相应类别签证。在取得签证后，本人须持签证原件办理入境通关。
苏哈尔中国城管理方就工作签申请及转签、劳工卡办理、签证取消与续签、及其它类型签证办理所需材料与流程，进行简要说明，请按需查阅：

注意事项
任何外籍人员在签证到期（2年期）前取消签证，必须取得前保人的不反对函后方可办理新工作签或转签。
任何外籍人员在工作签到期后办理新的签证，须提前取得前保人提供的不反对函。

Note
Anybody cancel his/her residence visa from Oman without finish his visa tenure of 2 years, must bring the No objection letter from the previous sponsor to get a new work visa or transfer visa in Oman.
Any person who cancel the visa after completing 2 years in his company, he or she must bring the No objection letter from his previous sponsor to get a new work visa.(if he is still in Oman)

03劳工卡
申请需准备材料
体检报告（中国籍人员必须在阿曼境内政府授权的医院进行体检）
警局确认，当场领取劳工卡。

劳工卡办理流程
持有阿曼入境签证的外籍人员须在签证签发之日起3个月内入境。
持有阿曼工作签的外籍人员入境后，须在政府授权的医院进行体检。（中国籍人员须在办理劳工卡之前进行体检；其他国籍人员如持有有效的体检报告即可办理劳工卡）
所有店主在申请员工签证之前，须预先支付员工工资押金200里亚尔，如每月工资高于200里亚尔，押金将相应地提高。
所有店主须在申请办理劳工卡之前，签署工资保证书。
店主须支付卫生部许可及劳工卡办理的所有费用。
所有流程须在入境后一个月内完成，逾期导致的罚款，苏哈尔中国城管理方将不承担任何责任。
Labor Card Process
The person holding Oman entrance visa must enter the country within 3 months from the date of issue.
Once enter Oman with work visa they have to undergo medical checkup in government affiliated hospital. (Chinese nationality have to undergo medical test prior to the labor card, other nationalities if there medical report is valid can get the labor card).
All the shop owners have to keep minimum of 200 OR as a salary deposit for their staff before applying labor card.(it will be change in case of keeping salary more than 200 OR/month)
Shop owners have to sign the salary undertaking letter prior to the labor card application.
Tenants have to pay required fee for ministry of health approval and labor card.
All the process need to finish in 1 month from the time of arrival. If any fine occurred the Sohar China Downtown management is not responsible.

05签证续签
续签必备材料：劳工卡
注：所有持有阿曼签证的人员须在签证到期前，提前至少一个月办理续签，以避免罚款。

注意事项
亲属关系证明须由本国大使馆及阿曼内政部核实，并翻译为阿拉伯语。
如申请子女签（低于21岁），父母须持有有效的阿曼居留签，并且在阿曼境内以领取签证。
家属团聚签仅适用于配偶及子女，不适用于父母。如有需要，可申请三个月的家属（父母）访问签。
Family Joining Residence Visa

Note
Certificates must be attested from the related embassy from the home country and ministry of foreign affairs in Sultanate of Oman and be translated into Arabic.
In case of son or daughter (below 21 years) visa the parents must have a valid Oman residence visa and be present in Sultanate to attain visa.
No parents residence visa will issue.(only family visit visa for parents-3 months only)
另，阿曼为穆斯林国家，对外籍女性公民入境限制较为严苛。外籍男性公民取得阿曼的工作长签后，提供夫妻、子女（须21岁以下）关系证明，前往阿曼移民局申请家属团聚签证较方便。
07落地签
注意事项
外籍人员如若持有海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会（AGCC）任意成员国居留签证，且职位不低于销售代表/经理级或其他特殊职业（如会计师、工程师等），即可直接在阿曼入境口岸办理落地签，停留期4个星期（28天），可延期一星期。
此项签证政策同样适用于与该人员一同入境的亲属及同一公司人员。
要求
申请人须持有海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会（AGGC）成员国居留许可。
申请人公司职位不得低于销售代表/经理级或其他特殊职业。
申请人护照有效期不得低于6个月。
随行家属、司机、随员同样适用于此项政策，须提供劳工卡及有效期不低于6个月的护照。
海湾阿拉伯国家合作委员会（AGCC）成员国内享有居留权的任何国籍人员均适用此项政策。
Visa On-Arrival
It is granted to a foreigner who is resident in any member state of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (AGCC), provided that his occupation is not of low grade. It is also granted to members of their families, relatives and those in their company as long as they enter together.
This visa is valid for staying the country for four weeks, and is extendable for one week.
It is granted at the entry point directly.
Requirements
An applicant must have valid residence permit in an AGCC state.
They should be in an occupation approved for entry.
Their passport must be valid for not less than 6 months.
Families, drivers, servants, attendants, and dependants of those residents are eligible for this visa, provided that they present their labour cards, and their passports are valid for not less than 6 months.
All nationalities in AGCC states are eligible for this visa.
