什么是证件翻译？学位证、成绩单、出生证明、存款证明、健康证明、税收证明等都属于证件翻译，相当于西班牙语中的 traducción jurada（宣誓翻译），原因是这些证书的翻译要得到西班牙的官方认可，必须找 traductor jurado 来进行翻译。

毕业证翻译

相信做过翻译的小伙伴们都接过各种证明的翻译单子，证件翻译就是简单地对照原文格式翻译就好了吗？与一般的文件不同，证件类翻译除了纯文字外还常常带有表格、盖章、注释和水印等。如果这些盖章模糊不清，或者一些用笔填写的信息字迹模糊时，该如何处理呢？

下面小编以毕业证翻译为例，给小伙伴们说说证件（证书）翻译中需要注意些什么问题。

1、格式问题

在翻译各种证明时，可保留原文格式，如下文《毕业证书西语翻译模板》所示；也可按顺序翻译，如《学位证西语翻译模板》所示。如选择按顺序翻译，应注意标注所翻译的文字或内容的位置。

2、盖章内容

很多译文会把盖章的内容漏掉，此时应在盖章对应的位置作注释，并把盖章内容翻译出来。

3、注释

作注释在证件翻译中尤为重要，遇到模糊不清的盖章或者手写的潦草的字迹时，应作注释表明盖章或字迹模糊不可读。注释一般标在综括号“[ ]”，注释内容为斜体，字体可比正文字体标小一号，在译文中应有“综括号内为译者注释”字样。
